Android 4.0 BETA ROM released by SONY

Sony Android 4.0 beta ROM for Xperia Ray, Neo V, and Arc S available.

Sony has just released the new Android 4.0 BETA ROM for the Xperia Smaertphone series.The new BETA version of the Android 4.0 include the GSM Radio and the FM Radio functionalities most simply we can say that the users of the Xperia handsets can make and receive calls and also can browse the internet on their devices but the Bluetooth and the WiFi are still not working ,these Functionalities will be introduced in the next version.The Android 4.0 BETA will be applicable for the Xperia arc S,Xperia ray and Xperia neo V.

Android 4.0 BETA ROM includes a new Lockscreen and also includes the features to control the Music Player and the Launching Camera and to bring up the Messages list and the calls log.A new application is included which is usedful to dial the Quick dial the contacts users wants to dial.Maltitasking view is also introduced in the BETA version so that users can include and remove the items from the screen alongwith the notifications.

 Some of the applications like Google Maps ,Gmail and Android Market are not included  in the ROM but these applications will be available in the final version which will be available after few months.The users can download the BETA ROM from the SONY website.
As compared to previous alpha ROM released back in December.
